PRIVACY POLICY FOR MOBILE APPLICATIONS
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the «Policy») has been approved for mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the «Application») developed by Limited Liability Company «AutoFon» (TIN 7726664741) (hereinafter referred to as the «Organization») in order to ensure information security regime when using the Application.
1.2. Use of the Application means the unquestioning consent of the user with this Policy and the conditions for processing information received from the user's device.
1.3. In case of disagreement with this Policy, the user undertakes not to use the Application. This Policy applies only to this kind of Application.
1.4. The organization does not control and is not responsible for the information (the consequences of its transfer) transmitted by the user to a third party, if such transfer was made on a third-party resource to which the user could follow links from the Application.
1.5. The Organization has the right to adjust the Policy by posting a new version of the Policy on the Organization's website and (or) in the Appendix. The user undertakes to familiarize himself with the current edition of the Policy. The policy is approved by the Director General of the Organization.
2. OBJECTIVES OF THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF DATA OF USERS BY THE ORGANIZATION
2.1. The application collects and stores personal data that is necessary for the correct use of the Application.
2.2. The organization collects and stores technical data regarding the use of the Application and errors that occur in order to create statistics (reporting) of the use of the Application for its subsequent improvement / elimination of errors.
2.3. The organization has the right to use the personal information of the user in order to:
2.3.1. Party identification;
2.3.2. Communication with the user, including the sending of the notice (s), the request (s) and information regarding the use of services, the provision of services, and the processing of the request (s) and application (s) from the user;
2.3.3. Improving the quality of the application, ease of use;
2.3.4. Development of new services and services;
2.3.5. Conduct statistical and other studies based on the data.
2.4. The user has the right to make changes / add / delete personal information.
3. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING INFORMATION AND ITS TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
3.1. The organization takes all the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect information from illegal actions by third parties (use, copying and distribution) received from the user.
3.2. Personal data of the user is confidential, except for cases when the user voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to the general public.
3.3. The organization has the right to transfer personal information of the user to third parties in the cases stated below:
3.3.1. Obtaining the consent of the relevant content by the user;
3.3.2. The transfer is necessary as part of the provision of services to the user, including for the use of the established service by the user;
3.3.3. The transfer is stipulated by the relevant legislative acts.
3.4. When processing user's personal data, the Applications of the Organization are governed by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data”.
3.5. Under this Policy, the Organization has the right to involve third parties in the processing of information.
4. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
4.1. The organization has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the user.
4.2. A new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
